Founder

Ravneet Kaur is an accomplished international educator with over sixteen years of experience teaching IB, Cambridge, and national curricula. Throughout her career, she has served in several academic leadership roles, including Head of Physics, CAS Coordinator, IBDP/CP Exam Officer, and Internal Assessment and Extended Essay Supervisor. Recognised for her expertise in inquiry-based learning, assessment, and curriculum development, Ravneet has mentored thousands of students and supported fellow educators in implementing best practices across international programmes. Her mission is to ensure every learner develops not only academic excellence but also the confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking required for lifelong success.

Deepika Jain

Co-Founder

Deepika Jain is an experienced educator with over 14 years of experience teaching IB, Cambridge and national curricula. She is a Cat 3 trained IBDP facilitator, the Founder of CTutor, and an academic leader. With extensive experience as a Head of Department, Mathematics, CBSE Coordinator, and various leadership roles in school, she specialises in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and student development. Deepika believes that education should empower learners to think independently, embrace challenges confidently, and achieve their highest potential through structured guidance and meaningful mentorship.
