Our Story
Where learning meets excellence — and where it began.
IBIG Excellence began with a simple observation, made over years of teaching, mentoring and working with students across the IB and Cambridge curricula: every student has the potential to excel when they're given the right guidance, mentorship and learning environment.
That observation came from the classroom, not a business plan. Our founder has taught, mentored and guided thousands of students, serving in leadership roles including Head of Physics, CAS Coordinator, IBDP Exam Officer, and IA/EE Supervisor — and kept running into the same gap: talented students held back not by ability, but by generic teaching that never adapted to how they learn.
IBIG Excellence was founded to close that gap. Together with Deepika Jain, an experienced IB educator and academic leader, the goal is to offer students more than tuition — a learning experience that is concept-driven, inquiry-based, personalised, and built for long-term success, not just the next test.
This is still just the beginning. We're building IBIG Excellence one student, one learning plan, at a time.
